Hello, my name is David Ybanez. I am a mobile notary and signing agent serving DFW and the surrounding areas. I’ve been commissioned since 2023 and am LSS and NNA certified. I handle a wide range of notarial services, including real estate loan signings(commercial and residential), general acknowledgments and jurats, powers of attorney, wills and estate documents, affidavits, medical and school forms, business documents. I also can handle Apostilles for sending certified documents overseas. 

I offer flexible mobile service to homes, offices, hospitals, and public locations. I can partner with businesses as an extension of their company to provide the same quality service to clients who are unable to come into the office.
